Please read these guidelines carefully and if this is the swap for you then fill out the join swap form and you will be added to the site.

1. It is neccessary that all would be swappers have an up to date blog. This enables us and fellow swappers to learn more about you.

2. If you have more than 1 blog please enter the blog which tells us the most about you. It is easier to choose for someone when they know a little bit about your likes and dislikes, life and style etc.

3. Please remember that vintage swaps is a site based on trust. Vintage swaps and Lily and Agathe cannot be responsible for swappers who do not comply with these guidelines.

4. Once you join you must take part unless you really cannot and then you must either e-mail vintage swaps or your swap partner to let them know. We understand that real life sometimes becomes too hectic and overtakes the virtual life but please remember to let your swap partner know. If you miss the deadline and your swap will be a little late please e-mail you partner to keep them in the picture.

5. Please do not sign up unless you are 100% sure that you can follow the swap through. Vintage swaps is not responsible for items lost in the post or items that simply don't turn up.

6. Swappers must stick to the deadlines posted on the swap, it is disappointing for your partner if she has posted her swap and yours takes months to turn up. Please e-mail vintage swaps or your swap partner if there are any problems regarding these issues.

7. Vintage swaps and your swap partner are the only people who will have access to your mailing address. Vintage swaps will never pass on any information to a third party.

8. Please try to stick to the monetary guidelines, it is only fair that you both recieve a gift or gifts with similar monetary value. Once you receive your swap it would be great if you could photograph it and blog it, that way we can all see what you received through the post.

9. Please stick to the vintage only rule, however items made with vintage fabrics, books and ephemera are allowed.

10. Vintage kids Swap is open to all children from ages 7-16 who's parent has a current blog.
